Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 35 years, I have provided professional consulting, accounting, and tax services to small business, coporate, not-for-profit, and individual tax clients. Actively licensed in North Carolina and Massachusetts. I have a broad range of knowledge and experience, gleaned from managing and advising various business functions such as: treasury, accounting, internal audit, grants & contracts, human resources, and information systems, including ERP and multiple SAS applications. 

Other certifications and degrees include: MBA from Suffolk University, Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor.

In 2021, for six months I provided interim remote CFO services to a NYC-based gobal NGO, with responsibillity for accounting, finance, grants & contracts, IT and HR. 

I have hands-on experience with implementation and operation of multiple financial accounting and reporting packages, specializing in cloud-based installations, including Serenic/Dynamics, QuickBooks On-line & QuickBooks Enterprise.
